Welcome to Studio 4:13 Photo Booth Co. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, they’re designed to ensure clear expectations and a smooth, joyful experience for everyone.

1. Services

Studio 4:13 provides professional photo booth experiences for events and celebrations. Each booking includes the equipment, setup, and services agreed upon in your confirmed contract or invoice.

We reserve the right to make updates or improvements to our services at any time, provided these changes do not affect the agreed-upon quality or delivery of your event.

2. Booking & Payment

To confirm your event date, a non-refundable deposit (as outlined in your invoice) is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

3. Refund Policy

Because Studio 4:13 provides customized services for scheduled events, all payments become non-refundable once services have been rendered or the event has begun.

Refunds prior to the event may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as emergencies or unforeseen cancellations.

4. Event Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring the event space meets the technical and logistical needs of the photo booth setup, including power access, adequate space, and shelter from weather (if outdoors).

Studio 4:13 is not responsible for issues or delays caused by venue restrictions or conditions outside our control.

5. Use of Photos & Media

By using our photo booth, guests agree that Studio 4:13 may use photos and videos captured during events for marketing or promotional purposes (for example, social media or website features).

If you prefer that your images not be used, please notify us in writing prior to your event.

6. Liability

Studio 4:13 takes every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. However, we are not liable for accidental injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during the operation of the photo booth, except in cases of proven negligence.

7. Technical Issues

In the rare event of technical difficulties or equipment failure, Studio 4:13 will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly. If services cannot be completed, a partial refund or rescheduled session may be offered at our discretion.
